What to expect from this role?

You will join a dynamic R&D team to design and develop firmware for industrial communication systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing new firmware components for industrial communication systems
• Implementing and enhancing firmware components, drivers, and stacks
• Executing product development and technology projects in close collaboration with product management and technical experts
• Contributing creatively to product requirement work, including documentation
• Embedded software development in C/C++
• Preparing, planning, organizing, and executing tests and test programs

What do we expect from you?

This role is ideal if you have experience in hardware-level programming through hobbies, studies, or professional work. Whether you are junior or senior, the key requirement is strong knowledge of C/C++.

Additional qualifications we value:

• A technical degree in computer science, telecommunications, electrical engineering, or equivalent
• Experience with hardware-level programming (C/C++)
• Familiarity with embedded operating systems and industrial communications
• Interest and knowledge in IoT and RFID technologies
• Systematic work methods
• Fluent English (spoken and written); Finnish is an advantage
