We are looking for motivated students who are finalising their studies or recent graduates to join our growing Cyber team as a Cyber Strategy & Transformation Trainee in Helsinki!



We would like you to start your 4-month Trainee period in August 2026. Our goal is that as many Trainees as possible continue with us also after the Trainee period or after graduating.

Your role

Our Cyber team helps diverse client organizations to more confidently pursue growth, drive innovation and support business performance through proactive management of the continuously evolving cyber risk landscape. Our professionals provide advisory, implementation and operate services that integrate risk, regulatory, and technology skills to help clients transform their approach to cybersecurity from reactive to proactive.

As a Cyber Strategy & Transformation Trainee, you will be supporting our team to solve our clients’ problems and provide continuous cyber support to our clients. Your tasks can include for example performing cybersecurity assessments, supporting development of cybersecurity policies and procedures, as well as creating supporting material to ongoing projects/engagements and sales activities.

You will learn a lot about cyber and risk management, and we want you to join our international, multidisciplinary cyber team that consists of individuals who are regarded as top talent in their respective fields. What do we hope from you?



If you got excited reading the job description, you have a strong interest in supporting the development of robust cybersecurity strategies and strengthening the cyber culture across organisations, as well as helping organisations design actionable transformation programmes and successfully navigate complex cyber transformations, you might be the Cyber Strategy & Transformation Trainee we are looking for!

The most important qualities we’re looking out for in addition to hunger to learn and take on new challenges is a genuine interest for cyber and consulting, paired with great adaptability in quickly changing environment and situations.

In order to succeed as our Trainee, you need to match most of these requirements:

• You have a recent master’s degree or you’re going to finish your master's degree studies from relevant field (for example in cybersecurity, information technology or other) by the end of 2026. We appreciate prior work/project experience related to cybersecurity, preferably in a consultative capacity, but we are also interested to hear what kind of other relevant skills or interests you may have
• You are proactive and have a hands-on attitude for delivering high quality work and client experience
• You are curious and get excited by diverse opportunities to develop and continuously learn more about different areas of cybersecurity and risk management
• You are a team player who understands that together we can achieve greater things than as individuals
• You have good interpersonal and communication skills paired with excellent command of both Finnish and English (Finnish language skills are preferred as we have a lot of projects that require Finnish language proficiency)

To be considered for this Trainee position, a prerequisite is that you are currently allowed to work in Finland, holding a valid residence permit if required.
