What kind of tasks?
Epec is looking for an experienced project management professional to manage and lead a complex technology development project involving several internal and external multinational and demanding stakeholders. You will be responsible for budgeting, resource & project planning, project reporting, stakeholder management, and overall delivery of the agreed program management and deliverables. You can be based in any of the Epec main offices in Finland (Seinäjoki, Tampere, Turku, Kuopio). Flexible remote work is also negotiable.
What we expect from you?
We expect you to have a proven track record of successfully finalizing large and complex projects and programs with significant business impact. You should have several years of experience working with large OEM customers and partners, preferably from off-highway, automotive, telecom, and/or other relevant industries and deep knowledge of relevant processes. Understanding of technologies such as off-highway machines, autonomous and assistance system components, electromobility, connectivity, control systems, and technologies is advantageous.
Strong understanding of embedded architectures, RTOS, BSP, and peripheral integration is also needed and understanding of the functional safety is beneficial. Fluent English and Finnish are essential for this position. To be successful, you need to see the big picture and handle complex issues under uncertain circumstances. You must be able to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and have excellent leadership and management skills. Familiarity with working and negotiating with people from different organizational and cultural backgrounds is crucial.
