What You'll Do:

• 🛠️ Craft a Seamless Ricardo Android App: Build, enhance, and maintain our top-notch Android app.
  
  

• 💡 Innovate: Translate high-level concepts and requirements into practical, effective solutions.
  
  

• 🕵️ Proactively Solve Issues: Monitor, detect, and resolve issues before they become problems.
  
  

• 🧠 Review & Collaborate: Engage in design and code reviews, working closely with Designers, Product Managers, and fellow Engineers in a cross-functional agile team.
  
  

• 🌟 Impact Culture: Drive a positive engineering culture by encouraging knowledge sharing and sparking technical discussions.

Our Cool Tech:

• 💻 Programming Language: Young project Android, written entirely in Kotlin
  
  

• 📱 UI code: As much new UI code as possible is in Compose. Parts of the project are XML, with a migration plan in place.
  
  

• 🛠️ Concurrency: We use modern Kotlin Coroutines Concurrency.
  
  

• ♻️ Continuous Integration: We use Github actions, to run linter and unit tests on every branch, and to automate our release
  
  

• ☁️ Backend: We develop our own Frontend Mobile Application (FMA) in Go
  
  

What You Bring:

• 📱 Experience: 3 to 5 years of building stellar mobile apps for Android.
  
  

• 🧼 Clean Code Lover: Passionate about writing clean, reusable code and mobile development.
  
  

• 🚀 Willingness to grow beyond Android development.
  
  

• 🌍 English Proficiency: A good command of English.
  
  

Bonus Points If You:

• 🌐 Are familiar with designing REST APIs.
  
  

• 🤖 Have experience in building Android apps (Kotlin).
  
  

• 🔗 Have worked with a microservice architecture.

For this job position, you need to be located in France (Sophia-Antipolis near Nice) and have a valid work permit.
