⚡ Grid Project Manager⚡

We are supporting a fast-growing renewable energy developer with the hire of a Grid Project Manager to support the delivery of utility-scale energy projects across France.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business playing a key role in the energy transition, working on complex grid connection and battery storage projects from development through to delivery.

📍 Location: Paris preferred (open to candidates based in or able to cover Lyon or Bordeaux)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage grid connection processes for renewable energy and BESS projects
• Lead project management activities across development and delivery phases
• Coordinate with grid operators, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Support technical and commercial decision-making related to grid strategy
• Ensure projects progress on time, within scope, and in line with regulations

About You

• 3–5 years’ experience in grid connection and project management roles
• Background in renewable energy, EV infrastructure, or data centres
• Strong understanding of grid processes and connection strategies
• Confident managing multiple stakeholders and technical interfaces
• Comfortable working with Excel and solving practical, real-world challenges

💰 Salary: €55k (up to €60k depending on experience) + %bonus + package
