Job Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for overseas IT requirements; coordinate the collection, communication and management of local IT needs, and deliver targeted solutions.
- Benchmark local industry digitalization best practices, and formulate the annual digital transformation roadmap for the German subsidiary.
- Develop and manage the annual IT budget of the local company, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business priorities.
- Mobilize internal and external resources to drive the successful deployment and rollout of IT systems across the subsidiary.
- Coordinate the group’s IT resource pool to ensure on-time, on-budget and high-quality project delivery; promote full adoption of IT systems by business teams, and continuously optimize system performance and user experience.
- Oversee local network infrastructure construction and collaborate with the global team to advance the building of a unified global network framework.
- Take charge of daily IT equipment management and maintenance for the overseas subsidiary.
- Manage procurement of software, hardware and project implementation services, and ensure alignment with business needs and company procurement policies.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT field; fluent in German (local language) and English/Chinese for cross-regional communication.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills; PMP certification is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in core enterprise IT systems including OA, financial management systems, HRIS, SAP, DMS and CRM.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in IT operation & maintenance, network management and information security.
- Candidates with automotive sales or automotive industry IT experience will be prioritized.
