Senior Product Designer | SaaS | Remote (ideally Ireland or UK/ EU)

6 months contract with chance for extension and/ or permanent

Our client, a B2B SaaS platform serving enterprise clients in the US, EU and beyond, is hiring their first dedicated Product Designer to shape the future of their document analysis and compliance platform.

The Opportunity

You'll bridge the gap between founder vision and engineering execution, transforming high-level concepts into production-ready designs. Working directly with the CPO, you'll own the end-to-end user experience whilst building a robust design system for a 20+ engineering team.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain a comprehensive Figma design system (components, variables, tokens)
• Transform low-fidelity concepts into polished, high-fidelity prototypes
• Partner with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Simplify complex data-analysis workflows into intuitive user journeys
• Move rapidly from concept to clickable prototypes

What You'll Bring

• Expert-level Figma skills (Auto-Layout, Components, Prototyping, Dev Mode)
• 5+ years designing complex B2B SaaS platforms (FinTech/LegalTech/GovTech preferred)
• Experience as a founding/early designer in high-growth environments
• Strong visual design aesthetic aligned with modern enterprise brands
• AI/data visualisation experience (highly desirable)
