Our client is a leader in architectural precast concrete cladding and continually drives innovation to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions. They are now recruiting a Project Manager to join their commercial team at their Head Office in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career as a key member of a growing organisation.
Reporting to the Department Head, you will provide regular project updates to Senior Management and play a key role in supporting the effective operation of the wider business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning and coordinate internal resources.
- Manage multiple projects and maintain oversight across all stages.
- Ensure clear communication with clients and internal teams through regular reporting.
- Manage project risk, budgets, and commercial performance in collaboration with the Quantity Surveyor.
- Identify and resolve issues that could impact programme, cost, or quality.
- Ensure smooth transition from tender and order stage through to final handover and financial close-out.

Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Project Management role.
- Façade coordination experience is an advantage.
- Experience using 3D modelling for coordination is an advantage.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and project planning software (MS Project or Asta).
