Associate: Project Manager
Location: Gawlay or Cork office

You will manage projects across the entire lifecycle, from inception to delivery and commissioning. The role involves both client interaction and internal team collaboration to ensure projects meet objectives, budgets, and timelines.

Associate: Project Manager

Here’s what you’ll do:
You will manage projects across the entire lifecycle, from inception to delivery and commissioning. The role involves both client interaction and internal team collaboration to ensure projects meet objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Lifecycle Management: Lead projects from initial concept through design, procurement, site delivery, and commissioning.
- Client Interface: Serve as the main day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring their objectives are met.
- Team Collaboration: Work with project management colleagues to successfully deliver capital investment projects.
- Project Leadership: Take full responsibility for managing project commissions, including planning, direction, and supervision of operations.
- Risk Management: Manage projects involving RTF (Risk Triggering Factors), balancing moderate risk, complexity, and financial impact.
- Operational Contribution: Support the smooth running of the overall AECOM project management team.
- RIBA Stages 0–7: Must have recent experience delivering projects across all RIBA stages, from inception to handover.

As the successful candidate you will have experience working within our primary healthcare and educational markets along with having the following qualfications and experience.
- Post Graduate Qualification – ideally Project Management / Construction / Engineering / Quantity Surveying related
- In the process of pursuing Chartered Status with either of the following institutions; SCSI/RICS / CIOB / RIBA / EI
- APM affiliation is a benefit
