• Background in IT (studies, degree, or side projects in information technologies)
• Advanced smartphone user (you know the best apps and why they’re great)
• Fluent in English, plus confident in Latvian to communicate with clients
• Passion for getting things done and solving problems
• Drive to keep learning—management, reporting, estimation, Scrum, Kanban, communication—you name it
