If you have:

  • A higher education degree and at least 2 years of experience in HR administration.
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and confidence in applying it in practice.
  • Experience working with HR systems and good skills working with MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data and reports.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
  • The ability to plan, prioritize, and stay flexible in a fast-changing environment.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and at least B2 level English (Russian language skills are considered an advantage).

We will entrust You:

  • End-to-end HR administration processes (from hiring to contract changes and terminations) in compliance with labor law and internal policies.
  • Advising and supporting managers, HR colleagues and employees on employment-related matters.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR data and documentation and ensuring data quality in HR systems.
  • Preparing HR reports, analyzing data and sharing insights that support decision-making.
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Proactively leading different HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participating in HR systems implementation, testing, and other HR-related projects.

Compensation:

Salary 2600 - 3300 EUR per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.
