- A higher education degree and at least 2 years of experience in HR administration.
- Solid knowledge of employment law and confidence in applying it in practice.
- Experience working with HR systems and good skills working with MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data and reports.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
- The ability to plan, prioritize, and stay flexible in a fast-changing environment.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and at least B2 level English (Russian language skills are considered an advantage).
- End-to-end HR administration processes (from hiring to contract changes and terminations) in compliance with labor law and internal policies.
- Advising and supporting managers, HR colleagues and employees on employment-related matters.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR data and documentation and ensuring data quality in HR systems.
- Preparing HR reports, analyzing data and sharing insights that support decision-making.
- Contributing to the development and improvement of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
- Proactively leading different HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participating in HR systems implementation, testing, and other HR-related projects.
Salary 2600 - 3300 EUR per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.
