Frontend Developer Intern

About the Role
Exelerating is looking for a Frontend Developer Intern to help us build a brand-new, interactive, and scalable web application from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to own the frontend lifecycle, from initial UI/UX design to deploying a production-ready application using a modern tech stack.
Your Responsibilities
- Design & Prototyping: Create high-fidelity frontend designs in Figma or Adobe XD and translate them into clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Development: Convert static designs into a robust, modern web application using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Optimization: Implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), dynamic routing, and API routes to ensure high performance.
- State Management: Architect and manage complex application states using tools like Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or React Query.
- Data Visualization: Integrate graph libraries (e.g., Recharts, Nivo, or Victory) to make data accessible and interactive.
Your Profile
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with React and the Next.js ecosystem.
- Coding Standards: Solid TypeScript skills and a deep understanding of modern JavaScript.
- Styling: Proven ability to build responsive, beautiful UIs using TailwindCSS and Styled Components (Shadcn).
- Detail-Oriented: A high level of attention to UI/UX detail and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
- Collaboration: Experience with Git version control and excellent communication skills.
Bonus:
- Backend experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL and/or Supabase).
- Familiarity with cloud hosting and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
