I’m currently partnering with a stealth, privacy-first AI healthtech company that’s building the next generation of trustworthy AI for healthcare.
They’re redefining how sensitive clinical data can be used safely, responsibly, and at scale, deploying real AI systems into real clinical and research environments, where accuracy, privacy, and trust truly matter.
They’re now looking for a Clinical Data Scientist to join their mission. This is someone who thrives at the intersection of medicine, data, and AI, and wants to shape how clinical knowledge becomes scalable, privacy-preserving technology.
This isn’t a theoretical role. You’ll work on systems that are already being used to:
- Accelerate clinical research and patient inclusion
- Turn complex, unstructured healthcare data into AI-ready insights
- Enable AI to operate safely in high-stakes clinical environments
The Successful Clinical Data Scientist will have:
- A degree or more advanced (BSc, MSc, MD, PhD, or equivalent) in a clinical, biomedical, or data-driven field.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare data.
- Hands-on experience working with real-world clinical or research datasets.
- Ability to translate clinical reality into structured, machine-readable logic.
- Comfort collaborating across clinicians, engineers, and data scientists.
- Able to speak English and has at least B1 Dutch speaking proficiency.
Clinical Data Scientist Nice to haves:
- Experience with clinical trials, cohort discovery, or patient recruitment
- Exposure to AI/ML in healthcare settings
- Experience with unstructured clinical text (e.g. NLP) or genomic data
- Familiarity with healthcare regulation or clinical AI validation
Benefits for the successful Clinical Data Scientist candidate:
- Work on AI systems that actually ship into clinical environments
- High ownership and real influence over product and validation decisions
- A deeply mission-driven team focused on impact, not hype
- Flexible remote or hybrid working arrangements
- Competitive compensation and strong growth opportunities
- A collaborative, expert team operating at the cutting edge of healthcare AI
This is your chance to play a foundational role in shaping how AI is safely deployed in healthcare — where your clinical insight directly impacts real-world outcomes.
