About The Job
We’re seeking a Social Media Manager focused on Tether tech products and events. You will plan, coordinate, and implement social media campaigns and community growth strategies — supporting product launches, engagement, education, and user outreach globally. You will also be encouraged to leverage AI tools to generate creative content ideas and concepts, helping the team explore new ways to communicate our products and initiatives (AI-generated ideas are for internal review and ideation, not for direct publishing).

About The Job
We’re seeking a Social Media Manager focused on Tether tech products and events. You will plan, coordinate, and implement social media campaigns and community growth strategies — supporting product launches, engagement, education, and user outreach globally. You will also be encouraged to leverage AI tools to generate creative content ideas and concepts, helping the team explore new ways to communicate our products and initiatives (AI-generated ideas are for internal review and ideation, not for direct publishing).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with product launches, marketing goals, and audience needs
- Create, edit, and publish content across platforms (e.g., X/Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram)
- Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and distribution plans in coordination with global marketing and product teams
- Work closely with product managers to communicate updates, new features, and benefits of Tether products
- Collaborate with partners, influencers, and community leaders to drive awareness and trust
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) — engagement, growth, reach — and report campaign results to senior stakeholders
- Adapt messaging for clarity, cultural relevance, and brand consistency
- Use AI tools to brainstorm content ideas, visuals, and messaging frameworks to enhance campaigns (ideas only, not for final publication)
- 3–5 years of professional experience in social media management, ideally in fintech or tech sectors
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking); Spanish is a bonus
- Proven ability to grow and engage online communities across multiple social platforms
- Skills in content creation — copywriting, basic graphics or multimedia (images, GIFs, short video)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and cross-team coordination
- Autonomous, self-starter attitude; able to work remotely and collaborate across time zones
- Basic understanding of Bitcoin / stablecoins / blockchain products is preferred
- Familiarity or willingness to use AI tools to generate creative social media concepts
