Marosa is a leading FinTech company based in Vigo, specialising in tax technology. Our mission is to simplify global VAT compliance for multinational companies through powerful software solutions.

We are looking for a UX Designer to join our growing product team. If you enjoy designing intuitive user experiences, solving complex workflows, and turning tax software into something people love to use, we would love to hear from you.

What You Will Do:

• Design end-to-end experiences across our web application, from wireframes to final UI.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to translate user needs into clean, functional interfaces.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create and maintain our design system in collaboration with the frontend team.
• Advocate for user experience in every product conversation.

What We Are Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally B2B or SaaS platforms.
• Solid understanding of UX and interaction design principles.
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools), and experience working with design systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with engineers and product managers.
• Bonus: Experience conducting user research or improving complex workflows.
