Job Description

We are seeking ajuniorAI Engineer with a hacker’s mindset, someone who thrives on rapid prototyping, creative problem-solving, and pushing boundaries. You’ll be part of our AI research team, taking ideas from rough sketches to production-ready systems that deliver real value.

The ability to communicate complicated concepts in simple ways is vital as you will be working in a cross-functional environment. You will be expected to collaborate with other teams to integrate AI features into existing systems, as well as develop new applications.

Responsibilities

As part of the AI team at Nexthink, you will:

  • Prototype fast to prove technical feasibility and value.
  • Transition promising PoCs into scalable, reliable AI solutions that solve real-world problems.
  • Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML advances and share knowledge withAINexthink community.
  • Communicate complex ideas simply, inspiring both technical and non-technical teammates.

Qualifications

  • BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Solid background in statistics and deep understanding of AI/ML.
  • 1-3 years of professional software-engineering experience, including internships or projects.
  • Basic experience in integratingAI models orLLMs (e.g., Prompting, Evaluation, Observability).
  • Hands-on, strong programming skills with experience inPython, in particular modern ML frameworks (langchain, scikit,pytorch,tensorflow,huggingface).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English (spoken & written).
