The Role
Ensure efficient and coordinated management of the internship program, improving the intern experience and providing operational support to the team, while developing talent with leadership competencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the selection and recruitment of new interns, including posting opportunities on LinkedIn.
- Support the creation and execution of internship agreements, working in direct contact with universities and business schools.
- Act as a point of reference for other interns, facilitating communication, resolving questions, and monitoring tasks.
Experience, Education & Skills
- Psychology (organizational specialty) / Degree in Human Resources / Sociology with a business focus
- Office Suite
- English B2
