Accountabilities
- Analyze customer and business problems to identify pain points and opportunities
- Lead the design process from ideation to final delivery and post-launch feedback
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to align designs with business goals
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers through design reviews and one-on-one sessions
- Ensure consistency and quality across multiple platforms, including employee, employer, and admin portals
- Define and maintain design systems, standards, and best practices
- Drive the vision and strategy for product design, ensuring alignment with overall product objectives
- 5–7 years of experience as a product designer in fast-paced environments, ideally in scale-ups or startups
- 2+ years of experience as a lead product designer, managing and mentoring teams
- Strong expertise in both UX and UI design, with a portfolio demonstrating impact and quality
- Experience with design systems and collaboration with development teams
- Ability to work autonomously while empowering team members
- Skilled at balancing deep-dive analysis with efficient execution
- Comfortable managing the full product development cycle from concept to design QA
