Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Product Designer, based in Lund with flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Product Designer will lead the design process for our products, including creating user-centered designs, conducting user research, and applying design thinking principles. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate, prototype, and implement design solutions that enhance user experiences and align with company goals.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Visual Design and Product Design, with the ability to create innovative and user-friendly interfaces and the ability to quickly prototype usable products and features
  • Expertise in User Research and UX Research, including the ability to gather and analyze user insights to inform design decisions.
  • Strong understanding and application of Design Thinking methodologies to drive creative problem-solving and design excellence.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or scientific research industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Biology or STEM experience
