Right now we are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join one of our largest design engagements with a multinational client.

What will you do?

• Work on end-to-end UX/UI projects - from initial research through design and handover to developers
• Conduct research to understand user needs and identify insights and pain points
• Solve complex problems and translate requirements and needs into concepts, wireframes and prototypes
• Produce high-fidelity designs and facilitate hand-over to external developers through agile methodologies and ceremonies
• Contribute and help maintain design systems

Who are you?

• A designer with at least 3 years of professional experience at a UX/UI agency or within a product team
• Very strong visual skills that translate into polished and consistent user interfaces
• Very strong proficiency within Figma
• Relevant degree and experience from user-focused agile design processes
• A service minded person who understands the needs and realities of the client and the user, and has the ability to communicate your ideas and insights to internal and external stakeholders
• Someone with a ‘here to help’ attitude, a self-motivated problem solver with an eye for details who loves collaborating with others, both within the team and on the client side
• Experience from design systems and creating tokenized designs - including software like Tokens Studio, Storybook or similar is of merit
