Dutch is a necessary requirement for the role due to the nature of the role involving extensive client work.
Your role as a Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager, you act as the essential bridge between our clients and our delivery teams. You understand customer needs and translate them into clear, actionable objectives for the team. You coach and motivate a diverse project team, guiding them toward shared goals through an agile and collaborative approach. At Youwe, you are the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth project delivery from start to finish. You monitor progress, plan and prioritize activities, and keep all stakeholders informed through effective communication and reporting. Every day, you build strong client relationships, manage budgets responsibly, and ensure that the final result exceeds expectations.

Who You Are
- A proactive communicator who confidently reaches out and keeps everyone aligned.
- Proficient in Dutch and English.
- A professional with over 5 years of experience in roles such as project manager, e-commerce manager, delivery manager, or product owner within a digital agency.
- Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously and switching seamlessly between disciplines and stakeholders.
- Energized by challenges and motivated by creating growth opportunities for clients.
- A feedback-driven individual who is always looking for ways to improve and elevate the status quo.
- A team player and go-getter who balances the needs of both Youwe and the customer.
- Comfortable working in an international environment alongside colleagues from more than 25 nationalities.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a project manager (or similar role) within a digital agency, or as a product manager for an e-commerce company.
- A tech-savvy mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Already experienced with budget reporting, organizing meetings and an agile way of working.
