This is a brand-new project, and we are in the process of building a new, dedicated team for our client. As the initiative is at an early stage, more details about the domain and business context will be shared at later stages of the recruitment process. You will work in a cross-functional environment, collaborating closely with Product Owners and other engineering teams, and taking part in technical discussions and architectural decision-making as the system takes shape.

Jit Team has had a successful partnership with our Client since spring 2021, with multiple software development teams dedicated to our Client's platforms. These teams operate autonomously, designing platform components through micro-services.

Expected competences and knowledge
- Minimum 1 year of commercial experience as a Java Developer
- Good knowledge of Java 11+ (Kotlin is a plus)
- First hands-on experience with Spring Boot
- Basic understanding of microservices architecture
- Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Basic understanding of distributed systems and asynchronous communication
- Willingness to learn how to build scalable and high-availability systems
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
- Good communication skills and openness to feedback
