We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Senior .Net Developer / Technical Team Leader.

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Senior .Net Developer / Technical Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Project Responsibilities
- Full ownership of technical excellence within .Net domain, including:
- ensuring high quality of code, architecture, solutions, products and services
- Contributing to preparation of business offers within the technical domain
- Active participation in presales activities and meetings, supporting Solution Sales with technical expertise
- Preparing effort and cost estimations (in man-days) for offers, with breakdown by seniority levels: Junior, Mid, Senior, Architect
- Creating and maintaining reusable solution templates and key project artifacts
- Leading the technical team by providing guidance, mentorship and hands-on technical support
- Monitoring team performance and effectiveness, providing continuous feedback and development support
- Conducting regular 1:1 meetings covering progress, goals, challenges, career development, team culture, work-life balance and innovation
- Supporting and standardizing recruitment processes within the technical area, including defining evaluation criteria and interview focus areas
- Managing team availability, including holiday planning and ensuring project coverage
- Overseeing working time reporting and registration
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar technical lead role
- Strong backend development expertise - minimum 5 years of experience
- Proven experience in team management and leadership
- Experience in project and cost estimation
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent Polish and English (minimum B2 level)
