About the Role: As the Mobillium People & Culture team, we aim to build a squad that communicates well, pays attention to detail, comes up with creative ideas independently, takes responsibility, and values teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Minimum 3 years of full-time Android development experience with Kotlin and/or Java, including at least 2 years in a technical or team leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Android applications from concept to release.
• Expertise in Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and modular app design for building scalable, maintainable, and testable applications.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with MVVM, MVI, and other modern architectural patterns.
• Deep knowledge of dependency injection frameworks (Hilt, Dagger, Koin, etc.).
• Extensive experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and offline-first architectures.
• Proficiency in Jetpack Compose, as well as traditional View-based UI development, ensuring smooth, high-performance user experiences.
• Ability to guide the team in achieving pixel-perfect UI in line with Android design guidelines and accessibility standards.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and code review processes.
• Ability to provide technical mentorship and support continuous improvement within the Android team.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (designers, QA, backend, product owners) to define and deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in designing, constructing, and maintaining high-performance, reusable, and maintainable codebases.
• Experience in FinTech or digital banking projects, with a strong understanding of secure transaction flows, payment systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Solid grasp of software engineering best practices, testing strategies, and design patterns.
• Knowledge of UI testing, Unit testing, and automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso, etc.).
• Experience in mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and promoting best practices across the team.
• Comfortable driving technical decisions, managing technical debt, and ensuring architecture consistency.
