Our team is passionate about technology and committed to fostering an environment where talent can thrive and grow.We are looking for a Product Owner as part of our Product Team, who is agile, results-driven, customer-focused, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Backlog & Sprint Management
- Own and manage the product backlog — writing, refining, and prioritizing user stories based on product strategy and stakeholder input.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure backlog items are ready for development with clear acceptance criteria.
- Act as the primary contact between the Product Manager, development teams, QA, and other stakeholders.
- Translate high-level product requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure designs are aligned with requirements before development begins.
- Monitor sprint progress using metrics like burndown charts, velocity, and other Agile KPIs.
- Accept or reject completed work based on predefined acceptance criteria.
- Ensure deliverables meet functional, performance, and quality standards before release.
- Work with Product Managers to align backlog priorities with business goals and the product roadmap.
- Communicate progress, blockers, and delivery timelines to stakeholders regularly.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar Agile role.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or MarTech platforms is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Ability to write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX workflows and the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
