Product Owner-Turkey

We are looking for a Product Owner as part of our Product Team, who is agile, results-driven, customer-focused, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Backlog & Sprint Management

• Own and manage the product backlog — writing, refining, and prioritizing user stories based on product strategy and stakeholder input.
  
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  
• Ensure backlog items are ready for development with clear acceptance criteria.
  

Collaboration & Communication

• Act as the primary contact between the Product Manager, development teams, QA, and other stakeholders.
  
• Translate high-level product requirements into actionable development tasks.
  
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure designs are aligned with requirements before development begins.
  

Delivery & Quality

• Monitor sprint progress using metrics like burndown charts, velocity, and other Agile KPIs.
  
• Accept or reject completed work based on predefined acceptance criteria.
  
• Ensure deliverables meet functional, performance, and quality standards before release.
  

Stakeholder Alignment

• Work with Product Managers to align backlog priorities with business goals and the product roadmap.
  
• Communicate progress, blockers, and delivery timelines to stakeholders regularly.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar Agile role.
  
• Experience in B2B SaaS or MarTech platforms is a strong plus.
  
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  
• Ability to write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
  
• Solid understanding of UI/UX workflows and the software development lifecycle.
  
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Fluent in written and spoken English
