About the Job (Key Responsibilities):

• 
  Setting up business units P&L, budget, and financial forecasts referring to Consumer Finance product activities in compliance with shareholders’ profit share structur
• ePerform strategic studies and statistical analyses for Retail & Private Banking products structure sharing with Turkish and French shareholder
• sDeveloping pricing strategies and managing AI/ML models to optimize income and risk for Cash& Auto Loans according to market rates pattern
• sData Management of the department, increasing the speed and depth of access to data and creating insight
• sSupervise budget planning and ensure overall project coordinatio
• nCollaborate with critical financial risk management departments such as Risk Management, Asset-Liability Management (ALM), and Financ

Required Qualifications

:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematic
• sMin. 1 year work experience in credit analytics, risk analysis, or financial planning preferre
• dFluency in English, both written and spoke
• nProficiency in SQL, SAS, or similar data analysis tool
• sStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilitie
• sExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindse
