Role Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can bridge engineering, product, and

delivery.

This role is highly hands-on: you will work closely with developers, review code when

needed, define technical standards, and ensure projects are delivered with quality and

scalability in mind.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Technical Leadership & Quality

• Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback
• Evaluate frontend & backend code quality, architecture, and performance
• Help define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and technical guidelines
• Support developers in architectural decisions and refactoring when needed

Project & Delivery Management

• Own the technical delivery of features from planning to release
• Break down complex features into clear, actionable technical tasks
• Identify technical risks early and proactively propose solutions
• Coordinate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams

Process & Structure

• Ensure Jira is used effectively (clear tickets, estimations, dependencies, ownership)
• Help scale engineering processes as teams and projects grow

Required Technical Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Engineering Manager, or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and modern web/mobile development
• Ability to read, understand, and review code (frontend & backend)
• Solid knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Jira and delivery tracking tools

Nice to Have:

• Experience in live-Financial Web-based products
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, or scalable backend systems
• Previous experience working closely with startup or fast-growing teams
