What You’ll Do

• Identify and build relationships with local KOLs/influencers/communities, projects and other potential partners to promote Bitget in local market in order to achieve user growth and trading volume growth;
• As a representative of Bitget, to maintain good relationship with KOLs and marketing channels to achieve long term cooperation ;
• Be responsible for the execution and performance of KOL marketing strategy, track and analyze channel cooperation results and make adjustments to ensure optimal performance and maximum ROI;
• Keep abreast of local industry developments trends and competitor movements and strategize corresponding actions.
• Organize and participate in local offline events, including meetups, community gatherings, and industry activities, to support KOL collaboration and trading growth.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Good understanding of the East Europe KOL ecosystem.
• Fluent Polish, with strong communication skills; professional working proficiency in English.
• 2–5 years of experience in KOL BD, affiliate, trading growth, or related roles(background in Crypto, Fintech, or Traditional Finance is acceptable).
• Hands-on experience with crypto trading (spot, derivatives, or copy trading), with a solid understanding of how crypto exchanges work.
• Proven ability to drive real trading volume via KOLs or growth partnerships.
• Results-driven mindset; comfortable working with clear, volume-based performance targets.
