What You’ll Do

Build fast, accessible, and responsive user-facing applications using React and Next.js.

Apply SSR/ISR where appropriate to balance performance, SEO, and user experience.

Design and implement clean, reusable UI components aligned with modern design systems.

Build interfaces using shadcn/ui components, customized with Tailwind CSS.

• Implement efficient data-fetching and state management using React Query, RTK, or similar.
• Ensure high accessibility standards (ARIA, keyboard navigation, contrast, responsiveness).
• Optimize performance for real-world devices and networks.
• Collaborate closely with Backend, Product, and Design to shape intuitive user experiences for F&B workflows.
• Own frontend features end-to-end: discovery, implementation, testing, and rollout.
• Maintain high code quality through testing, reviews, and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years building production web applications with React and TypeScript.

Strong experience with Next.js, including routing, SSR, ISR, and data-fetching strategies.

• Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui for building scalable design systems.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with APIs and backend services.
• Familiarity with component, integration, and e2e testing.
• Product-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience building complex dashboards or workflow-driven UIs.
• Familiarity with frontend performance optimization and caching strategies.
• Experience in F&B, retail, or operational tooling environments.
