Digital Product Manager - Fintech

Role Summary

We are looking for a Digital Product Manager – Fintech to lead business analysis initiatives across digital financial platforms. This role requires strong ownership of requirement definition, solution design, stakeholder management, and regulatory alignment, ensuring technology solutions support business strategy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for fintech products and platforms.
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, product, engineering, operations, and compliance teams.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to inform solution design and product strategy.
• Design complex business workflows, system architectures (conceptual), and functional specifications.
• Drive UAT strategy, implementation support, and go-live readiness.
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities across systems and processes.
• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory, data privacy, and security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech, banking, payments, lending, trading, or financial services.
• Strong expertise in requirements management, stakeholder engagement, and solution design.
• Proven experience working with complex financial systems and digital platforms.
• Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance-driven environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Good-to-Have

• Experience with Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies.
• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, databases (SQL), and data analytics.
• Exposure to blockchain, AI, or digital asset platforms.
• Experience mentoring or leading business analysis teams.
