We’re Hiring: Associate / Senior Engineer – Network & Telecom Security Testing

We are looking for a Security Engineer (L2) to support network and telecom security testing activities across telecom and enterprise environments, ensuring strong protection, compliance, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and report on network and web penetration testing
• Conduct security assessments and risk analysis across telecom and enterprise platforms
• Test, configure, and evaluate security solutions including:
• Firewalls (FortiGate, AFM, SRX)
• IDS/IPS and WAF (F5, FortiWeb)
• VPNs (IPSec, SSL) and DDoS protection (Arbor)
• Identify and analyze telecom-specific threats (SS7 attacks, Wangiri, robocalls, CLI spoofing, flash calls, SMS fraud)
• Work on telecom signaling protocols (SIP, RTP, SMPP, GTP)
• Integrate security platforms with monitoring and logging systems (ELK, proxy solutions)
• Support vendor evaluation, RFP activities, and security inventory management
• Prepare security reports and KPIs for management and audits
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with security frameworks and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in security testing or penetration testing
• Strong experience in network and telecom security environments
• Knowledge of penetration testing tools and security assessment methodologies
• Programming/scripting exposure (Python, C, JavaScript, Bash)
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills

Preferred:

• Experience in telecom operators or large-scale security environments
• Exposure to fraud prevention, signaling protection, and compliance audits
• Ability to mentor junior engineers
