The goal is to equip every aspiring entrepreneur with the tools to turn their business ideas into reality, transforming dreams into tangible digital products.This is achieved through 21 independent teams, each focusing on a specific area like demand integrations, growth, orders, payments, supply, or product presentation.These cross-functional groups, typically 3 to 5 developers strong, collaborate closely with product managers and designers, delivering sustainable, high-quality code with minimal technical debt. The organization operates as a true product-driven entity, with a workforce spanning over 20 countries and growing beyond 600 members.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of hands-on PHP experience;
  • PHP 8+, Symfony, Laravel
  • Jenkins, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana
  • PHPUnit, Postman
  • MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL
  • AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Git
  • SQS, SNSг
  • We also use practices such as Pair Programming, Refactoring, Code Reviews, Weekly Knowledge Sharing sessions, TDD/BDD, A/B testing and Continuous Delivery which are an important part of our development process

Responsibilities

  • You’ll team up with product managers and teams to refine and roll out new features.
  • You will take responsibility in the design and execution of your own initiatives
  • You’ll spot ways to improve the codebase and pitch in to make it better.
  • You’ll often pair up with colleagues for code reviews, sharing feedback to sharpen skills and enhance the platform.
  • You’ll tackle and fix key bugs or issues flagged in the system.
  • You’ll join weekly coding or knowledge-sharing sessions, either leading or listening in.
  • You’ll grow your soft skills, dive into best practices, and chat tech with your peers.
