About the Role: 

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Developer to play a key role in designing, building, and evolving our core platform. In this role, you will take technical ownership of complex features, contribute to architectural decisions, and help guide development best practices across the team. 

You will work closely with product, QA, and DevOps, leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery, and mentor other developers while remaining hands-on in both frontend and backend development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, building scalable systems, and influencing how software is built—not just what is built. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable features across frontend and backend systems 
• Rapidly prototype and productionize functionality using AI-powered platforms 
• Collaborate with AI agents and developers using tools like GitHub Copilot to accelerate and improve development workflows 
• Develop and maintain web applications using Vue.js on the frontend and .NET 9 (C#) on the backend 
• Drive architectural decisions using Domain Driven Design and microservices principles 
• Design, optimize, and review MSSQL database schemas, queries, and performance strategies 
• Design and maintain asynchronous messaging and high-throughput systems 
• Configure, maintain, and optimize web servers and reverse proxies 
• Partner with Product and QA to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions 
• Perform and lead code reviews, setting standards for quality, performance, security, and maintainability 
• Mentor intermediate and junior developers through guidance, feedback, and technical leadership 
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and operational best practices using GitHub 
• Proactively identify technical debt and drive continuous improvement initiatives 

What You Bring: 

• 7+ years of professional experience in fullstack software development 
• Strong experience designing and building systems using DDD and microservices 
• Advanced proficiency in Vue.js, TypeScript, .NET (preferably .NET 9), and C# 
• Deep understanding of MSSQL database design, optimization, and performance tuning 
• Experience working with message brokers and high-traffic, distributed systems 
• Strong experience with REST APIs 
• Proven experience making architectural and technical design decisions 
• Strong familiarity with AI coding assistants and workflows 
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills 
• Ability to balance hands-on delivery with technical leadership and mentorship 

Nice to Have: 

• Experience applying Lean methodology in product development 
• Experience building and operating production-grade AI pipelines, including LLM integration, data flows, monitoring, and reliability considerations 
• Experience building scheduling, workforce management, or communication platforms
