User Experience Designer - Freelance

As a Freelance User Experience Designer, you will lead the design and development of user-centric interfaces for supply chain orchestration platforms, real-time tracking systems, and cross-border integration tools. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for digital logistics solutions, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver seamless user experiences
• Translate complex B2B logistics requirements into clear, actionable design solutions
• Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met across all platforms
• Mentor and support junior designers in UX/UI best practices
• Present design concepts and rationale to internal and external stakeholders
  
  

Skills And Requirements

• Proven experience designing complex B2B digital products, preferably in logistics or supply chain environments
• Advanced proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI expertise for web and mobile applications
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote, multidisciplinary teams
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within deadlines
