Job Title: Assistant Product Manager – GenAI Chatbot

Job Summary
We are looking for an Assistant Product Manager to support the development and daily operations of a GenAI chatbot. This role involves working closely with engineering, data, design, and vendors to help deliver chatbot features, support testing, track issues, and improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the chatbot product from idea to launch and enhancements
- Gather business and user requirements and convert them into simple product requirements or user stories
- Coordinate with tech, data, design, and vendor teams
- Support testing, UAT, and release activities
- Track chatbot performance, user feedback, and issues
- Maintain product backlog, documentation, and release notes
- Support data, security, and AI governance requirements
- Assist in day-to-day operational support of the chatbot
Key Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in product, digital, business analyst, or platform roles
- Basic understanding of GenAI / Chatbots / Conversational AI
- Understanding of APIs and system integrations (basic level)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
