About the Role

Black Squirrel Collaborative Inc. is seeking a Junior Developer for BizScoreLine. This role

is ideal for a junior technologist with strong development experience, particularly with

PHP-based systems. You will help steer the platform’s short-term development and long-

term scalability, security, and technical strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new features, modernization of the existing PHP/MySQL codebase, and

improvement of modularity, scalability, and QA practices.

• Enhance code quality and improve documentation.

• Ensure all analytics and reporting data used across the platform is clean, accurate,

and reliable.

Time Commitment

• Estimated 20 hours per week (flexible based on project needs)

• Weekly team meetings

• Availability for ad hoc consultations by mutual agreement

Compensation

• Payment will be negotiable

• Required to invoice accounting department by the 30th of each month.

• Invoice payment will be issued on the 15th of the following month.

• Electronic payment only

All work products, technical guidance, and documentation produced under this

engagement are the exclusive property of Black Squirrel Collaborative Inc. The selected

contractor will be required to maintain confidentiality and will be asked to sign a

Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA).
