We are seeking a highly accomplished Executive Vice President (EVP) to join our executive leadership team within the crypto and digital asset financial services sector. This role will play a critical part in shaping and executing company-wide strategy, driving operational excellence, and scaling the organization in a rapidly evolving regulatory and technological landscape.

The EVP will work closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and other C-suite executives to ensure alignment between strategic vision and execution across all business functions, including operations, finance, compliance, product, and market expansion.

• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to define and execute long-term corporate strategy and growth initiatives
• Oversee day-to-day executive operations across multiple departments, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and accountability
• Drive execution of strategic initiatives related to digital assets, crypto financial products, and institutional-grade services
• Lead cross-functional collaboration among Operations, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and Product teams
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and risk management frameworks across jurisdictions
• Support fundraising, investor relations, and strategic partnerships with institutional clients and ecosystem partners
• Translate market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive intelligence into actionable executive decisions
• Establish and monitor KPIs, OKRs, and performance metrics at the enterprise level
• Represent the company with regulators, investors, strategic partners, and key stakeholders as required
• Build, mentor, and retain senior leadership talent to support sustainable organizational growth

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in financial services, crypto, fintech, investment management, or related fields
• Proven executive-level experience managing complex, multi-functional organizations
• Strong understanding of crypto markets, digital assets, blockchain-based financial products, and regulatory environments
• Demonstrated success in scaling companies, executing strategic transformations, or leading high-growth initiatives
• Experience working with boards, investors, and institutional stakeholders
• Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, and execution capabilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a global, cross-cultural mindset

• Experience in crypto exchanges, digital asset custodians, asset managers, or Web3 infrastructure companies
• Exposure to U.S. and international regulatory frameworks (SEC, CFTC, FINRA, AML/KYC, etc.)
• Background in M&A, corporate development, or large-scale partnerships
• Experience operating in high-growth or rapidly changing market environments
