Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile teams by facilitating Scrum practices, removing impediments, and ensuring smooth delivery of projects. The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader, helping teams improve collaboration, productivity, and continuous improvement.

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach the team on Agile and Scrum principles and best practices
- Remove obstacles that may impact the team's progress
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog
- Promote self-organization and accountability within the team
- Track sprint progress, velocity, and team performance metrics
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Support Agile transformation initiatives within the organization
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and SDLC methodologies
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, etc.)
- Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments
- Background in IT, software development, or data projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
