Title: Scrum Master/Project Manager

Rate: 75-85/hr. W2

This is a great client of ours and they are looking to hire quickly!

• This role requires someone who can lead a team through PI Planning, ensure features and stories include appropriate detail and acceptance criteria, coach the team on capacity planning, backlog refinement, and sprint planning, as well as support release management.
• We are looking for someone who is a strong driver, can work in the grey and is an effective communicator.

Responsibilities:

• Leading Agile project planning activities (sprint scheduling, backlog grooming, release planning) to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Proactively identifying and resolving risks and impediments, escalating when necessary to maintain momentum.
• Tracking team velocity, sprint progress, and risks to PI commitments and project milestones.
• Ensuring adherence to Agile best practices and facilitating continuous improvement through retrospectives and coaching.
