This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, for a Senior Presales System Engineer. The role involves designing, deploying, and supporting ICT solutions tailored to client needs. Key responsibilities include understanding client requirements, creating system designs, delivering technical presentations, and aligning solutions with business goals. The candidate will also troubleshoot technical issues, conduct system evaluations, and collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of proposed solutions.

• Proficiency in Systems Engineering, Systems Design, and System Administration
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
• Proven ability to design, implement, and customize ICT solutions based on client needs
• Knowledge of network security, data protection, and threat detection best practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams
• Experience working with enterprise-grade technology solutions, preferably with certifications from partners such as Dell or RSA
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• Willingness and ability to work on-site full-time in Doha, Qatar
