Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Muscat for a Service Engineer specializing in Ultrasound equipment. The Service Engineer will perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of ultrasound machines, as well as provide technical support and on-field services to healthcare clients. Responsibilities include ensuring optimal functionality of equipment, running regular diagnostics, and providing solutions to equipment issues promptly and efficiently. Additionally, the Service Engineer will contribute to maintaining operational reliability and delivering excellent customer service.
Admin tasks related to ultrasound spares and documenattion related to spares logistics and operations will be a must task to have a successful career in the service induatry.
Qualifications
- Experience in technical expertise, including troubleshooting and maintenance & repair of ultrasound equipment
- Proven ability to handle field service tasks and provide responsive on-site support
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Relevant technical certifications or a degree in engineering or related fields
- Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and practices is an asset
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- ability to perform abive and beyond the call of duty
- experience of 5 years in diagnostics ultrasound in service with any of the maugacturers
- GCC driving licence is a plus
