About the company:

CostCare AI is a Ukrainian B2B SaaS startup building AI CRM with our AI sales agent to answer client inquiries, and making autonomous actions.

We already have a proof - our AI sales agent lifting 60% of workforce load for our clients! And there is still plenty room to improve. We also have rased $500,000 of angel investment for our business.

Our vision is to increase our agent self learning capabilities, add more capabilities and make interaction with Agent inside platform to feel human like. Also add to platform more agentic functions to bring interaction with CRM to next level.

Your role:

We’re looking for a Founding Engineer who is proactive, fast learner, innovative, heavy AI user, have a great ideas and delivery skills.

You’ll join at a stage where your voice matters - working on architecture, improving performance, and shaping how our AI agents function and scale.

• Build backend features for voice & chat LLM agents
• Build backend and bring meaningful features to our AI CRM
• Build multi-agent flows: prompting, tool calling, handoffs
• Improve existing agentic systems : reliability, latency, and overall quality
• Collaborate directly with CTO

• Backend: Python, FastAPI, asyncio, LiveKit Agents, Langchain
• AI/LLM:, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, Cartesia
• Telephony: Twilio, LiveKit
• Database: MongoDB, Qdrant, S3, Redis
• Infra: K8S, AWS, DigitalOcean, GitHub actions

The product is still in an early stage, so you’ll have the opportunity to influence the tech stack and help shape the architecture as we grow.
