- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
- Design intuitive information architecture and navigation structures.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
- Ensure consistency in visual design across all digital platforms.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability results.
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Strong experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
- Ability to interpret user research and translate insights into design solutions.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks is a plus.
- Strong visual design skills including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Exposure to design thinking methodologies.
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel.
- Experience designing for SaaS, enterprise, or consumer-facing applications.
- Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills and problem-solving approach is mandatory
