Job Description �The role is part of the Human resource centre of excellence and will be an expert in any one or more areas of Organization development, Diversity, Compensation, Learning & development, Future of Work and Talent Management. Responsible for designing & implementing the processes, frameworks, policy standards or operational plans based on the organization and business strategy. This is a tactical role which contributes to defining the direction of the operating plans based on the business strategy, with a significant mid-term impact on business unit �s overall results." Responsibilities �Designing policies and frameworks �Institutionalizing process, drive the end-to-end deployment plan. �Develop and deliver programs that address the organizations needs on an ongoing basis, by engaging with internal and external stakeholders across the company's geographies. �Get detailed understanding of requirements and develop/modify solution accordingly. �Manage Governance of programs and track effectiveness of initiatives �Conduct current state assessments such as competency checks, assessment tests, etc. against required capability for the entire hierarchy; Prepare gap analysis report; Identify the critical skills / competencies/solutions that need to be built. �End to end Program manage intervention, manage communications related to the interventions. �Product management: Collaborate with the Technology team to design and develop robust digital infrastructure for mass deployment. Provide relevant details to the Technology team for right estimates and feasibility tests; Study best practices available in the market and industry; Provide inputs during the design phase; Oversee the upload of right content; Participate in testing of the website to check for right functionalities and ease of use. �Manage people platforms in terms of understanding the needs of the employees and the business, recommend changes in the platform, partner with vendor for enhancement and deliverables, seek ways to improve the interface, and utilization. �Ensure consistent deployment of initiatives across all areas of the business, whilst also taking into consideration uniqueness of certain business areas. �Utilize HR data and analytics to make informed decisions related to policies, processes, and initiatives. �Reviewing HR Policies and practices to ensure they follow the legal and regulatory framework and in alignment with practices followed by the company. �Supporting with geography specific plans, design and roll out of companywide initiatives, whilst keeping a pulse of the organisation Minimum qualification & experience �Experience in HR Desired Skill sets �Experienced in HR systems, processes, across domains. �Deep domain knowledge of different HR areas like compensation & benefits, organization design, Learning & development. �Adept at using HR technologies and tools for data analytics and solutioning. �Excellent verbal and written communication �Proven conceptualization skills �Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
