About the Job

Create addictive, polished, and highly lucrative mobile games played by millions around the world.

We are looking for a Senior Game Developer to join our fast-growing mobile game studio.

In this role, you'll design, develop, and ship engaging casual and hypercasual games from concept to live operations—owning the full lifecycle of games that will generate millions in revenue.

You'll work closely with game designers, artists, product managers, and UA teams to rapidly prototype, test, and scale hit games.

You'll be hands-on with Unity, obsessed with performance optimization, and deeply familiar with what makes mobile games feel great.

If you thrive on fast iteration, love crafting tight gameplay loops, and want to see your work in the hands of millions of players, this role is for you.

About Triplespeed

Triplespeed is a fast-moving app studio that's profitable and scaling multiple brands to $10M+/year in revenue, with strong month-over-month growth.

We build apps (and games) at speed—prototyping fast, killing what doesn't work, and doubling down on winners. We're looking for game developers who want real creative ownership, real production responsibility, and the chance to ship games that top the charts in Triplespeed's next big vertical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and ship high-quality casual and hypercasual mobile games using Unity.
  • Own the full game development lifecycle—from rapid prototyping through soft launch to global release and live ops.
  • Collaborate with game designers and artists to implement compelling gameplay mechanics, progression systems, and monetization features.
  • Optimize game performance for a wide range of mobile devices (memory, CPU, GPU, battery, load times).
  • Integrate and manage ad SDKs, analytics, and third-party services (ironSource, AppLovin, Adjust, Firebase, etc.).
  • Implement robust systems for in-app purchases, rewarded ads, and player retention mechanics.
  • Analyze gameplay data and player behavior to iterate on features and improve KPIs (retention, LTV, session length).
  • Write clean, modular, and well-documented code that supports rapid iteration.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to studio-wide best practices and technical standards.

Who Can Apply
  • Developers with 2+ years of professional mobile game development experience, with a focus on casual or hypercasual games.
  • Proven track record of shipped titles on iOS and Android with meaningful download numbers.
  • Deep expertise in Unity and C#.
  • Passionate about mobile games—you play them, study them, and understand what makes them succeed.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, data-driven, high-iteration environments.
  • Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
  • Candidates who enjoy ownership, creative input, and shipping games quickly.

Required Skills
  • Expert-level Unity development (2+ years) with deep understanding of the engine, editor tools, and mobile deployment pipelines.
  • Strong proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience shipping casual, hypercasual, or hybrid-casual games to the App Store and Google Play.
  • Deep understanding of mobile game performance optimization (draw calls, batching, texture atlases, memory management, frame rate stability).
  • Solid grasp of free-to-play monetization mechanics, including rewarded video, interstitials, IAP, and battle passes.
  • Understanding of core loop design, meta-game systems, and player progression.
  • Comfortable working with Git and collaborative workflows in a live-ops environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues across devices.

Bonus / Nice-to-Have Experience

These are not mandatory, but a strong plus:

  • Experience with a top hypercasual publisher (Voodoo, Supersonic, Ketchapp, SayGames, Homa, etc.) or a studio with chart-topping casual titles.
  • Published games with 10M+ downloads or top 100 chart positions.
  • Experience with rapid prototyping workflows—ability to go from idea to playable prototype in days, not weeks.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and data-driven game design.
  • Experience with live ops: events, seasonal content, player segmentation, and retention campaigns.
  • Exposure to 2D animation tools (Spine, DOTween) or shader programming for visual polish.
  • Understanding of UA metrics (CPI, ROAS, D1/D7/D30 retention) and how game design impacts marketability.
  • Experience building or integrating leaderboards, social features, or multiplayer systems.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile builds (Fastlane, Jenkins, Unity Cloud Build).

What We Offer
  • Work on games that will scale to millions in revenue
  • High ownership—lead features, lead games, shape the creative direction.
  • Fast learning curve across game design, monetization, UA, and live ops.
  • Data-driven environment where your impact is measurable and celebrated.
  • Opportunity to grow into a Lead Developer or Technical Director role as the gaming vertical in Triplespeed expands
  • Competitive compensation based on experience and impact.
  • A team that ships fast, celebrates wins, and learns from failures.
