The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our mission is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE by empowering creators and agencies to build a creative, engaging, and safe space for all users.
- Drive awareness and adoption of TikTok LIVE features (e.g., Match, Superfan) among EU creators through clear feature strategies, education frameworks, and targeted campaigns.
- Own feature GTM strategy design by developing a strong understanding of product capabilities, creator behavior, and regional market needs.
- Focus on key verticals (e.g., Music, Sports) to identify the most relevant LIVE features and design monetization strategies that help creators better monetize their content.
- Track key product and feature-level metrics, conduct data analysis, and synthesize user feedback to optimize feature positioning, adoption, and performance.
- Work closely with Product, Operations, and Regional teams to drive alignment and execution across feature launches and ongoing initiatives.
- Participate in and independently drive cross-functional projects, contributing to the planning and execution of LIVE feature strategies in the EU.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in product strategy, product marketing, GTM, or growth-related roles, preferably within live streaming, creator platforms, or consumer tech.
- Strong interest in live streaming, the creator ecosystem, and feature-driven monetization models.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Highly responsible, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to operate with a high level of ownership.
