Job Title: Project Manager

Location: London / Hybrid (2 days a week)

Salary: £65,000 + Package

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and reviews to align teams, track progress, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Manage project scope, changes, budgets, and resource allocation to deliver successful outcomes on time and within budget.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Proven experience leading projects in FinTech, financial services, or consultancy settings.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business and data processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
  • Confident managing client relationships and navigating challenging conversations.

Desirable:

  • Understanding of the asset management industry and key business workflows.
  • Formal project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile qualifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and solve problems in project delivery.
  • Skilled at translating technical requirements into business outcomes.
