Leading hospitality client now requires an experienced Contract Programme Manager to support a portfolio of high-impact technology initiatives across their restaurants.
In this role, you will lead an array of technology projects that directly impact restaurants, teams and guests — including payroll implementation, infrastructure upgrades, and new digital platforms. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, technology partners, and senior leaders to ensure successful delivery aligned to global change frameworks.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and deliver a portfolio of technology projects across their restaurant portfolio
- Build and manage project roadmaps, timelines, budgets and dependencies
- Act as the key link between major stakeholders
- Manage risks, issues and governance, providing clear senior-level reporting
- Coordinate third-party partners to ensure smooth delivery and integration
About you:
- Proven Senior level Project Manager with experience delivering multiple complex projects
- Strong background in a hospitality/restaurant environment.
- Confident working with business systems and technology platforms
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experienced with formal project delivery frameworks (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, APM)
- Proactive, structured and positive about change
This is an initial 3-month contract opportunity which provides a daily rate of £600 (Outside IR35).
In terms of working structure, this is hybrid with 3 days per week in their Central London office and the rest remote.
