Principais Responsabilidades:
- Liderar o design, desenvolvimento e implementação de soluções de automação para melhorar a eficiência e a precisão dos dados nos processos de negócio.
- Colaborar com equipes multifuncionais para identificar oportunidades de automação e traduzir necessidades do negócio em requisitos técnicos.
- Desenvolver, testar e implantar scripts, bots e fluxos de trabalho digitais utilizando ferramentas líderes de automação e linguagens de programação.
- Integrar modelos orientados por dados e soluções de IA em projetos de automação para aprimorar a tomada de decisão e capacidades preditivas.
- Monitorar, manter e melhorar continuamente os processos automatizados para garantir escalabilidade e confiabilidade.
- Documentar processos técnicos, melhores práticas e lições aprendidas para apoiar o compartilhamento de conhecimento e a melhoria contínua.
- Trabalhar em parceria com as equipes de TI, Soluções Digitais e Finanças para garantir compatibilidade dos sistemas e integridade dos dados entre plataformas.
- Graduação completa em Ciência de Dados, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia ou áreas relacionadas.
- Experiência comprovada em projetos de automação, incluindo RPA (ex.: UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere) ou otimização de fluxos de trabalho.
- Forte conhecimento em programação com Python, SQL ou outras linguagens modernas de script (ex.: R, JavaScript, VBA).
- Perfil analítico com capacidade de transformar insights de dados em melhorias práticas.
- Excelentes habilidades de resolução de problemas, comunicação e gestão de stakeholders.
- Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e colaborativa em um ambiente dinâmico e acelerado.
- Familiaridade com conceitos e ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial e Machine Learning.
- Experiência com ferramentas de visualização de dados (ex.: Power BI).
- Experiência com pipelines de dados, APIs e soluções baseadas em nuvem (Azure, AWS ou GCP).
