Requiring an urgent need for a experienced Business Analyst to support a large organisation undergoing an enterprise uplift in how initiatives, projects and portfolios are governed and delivered.
Working closely with an emerging Enterprise Portfolio Office, this role will focus on understanding existing delivery practices, shaping future-state operating models, and supporting the rollout of standardised frameworks, tools and reporting across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess current project and delivery practices
- Design improved future-state processes and governance models
- Develop transition plans to support enterprise-wide adoption
- Support the implementation of portfolio and project systems
- Facilitate workshops and work closely with senior stakeholders
- Contribute to executive reporting and decision-making insights
- Background as a Business Analyst in complex or multi-project environments
- Must have experience working within a ePMO
- Strong understanding of structured and agile delivery approaches
- Confident engaging with diverse stakeholder groups
- Skilled in process mapping, documentation and analysis
- Experience in public sector
